Okay here’s what happened. My Sims were all skinny dipping in the hot tub. Suddenly the hot tub broke and stopped working, and they all got out. Before my Sim could call a repairman, my butler decided to try and fix it. She failed, the water caught on fire (?), she got electrocuted and promptly died.
